Enrollment
To enroll your child families must:
Visit the center prior to accepting enrollment.
Pay a $50.00 enrollment fee + the first full month's tuition upon enrollment.
Have a local physician and dentist to treat their child in an emergency.
Have an emergency contact person in the local area other than parent or guardian for their child.
Complete all forms including the center physical form and certificate of immunization and return to center prior to the child's first day of attendance.
