Families must visit the center prior to accepting enrollment.

Families are required to pay a $25.00 enrollment fee + the first full month's tuition upon enrollment.

Families must have a local physician and dentist to treat their child in an emergency.

Families must have an emergency contact person in the local area other than parent or guardian for their child.

Families must complete all forms including the center physical form and certificate of immunization and return to center prior to the child's first day of attendance.
